specifically for women, as well as a variety of cardio equipment.

VRC Tots welcomes newborns and children up to 10 years of age. Licensed under "Drop-in-Care",
it's required that members using VRC Tots remain on the premises. It is essential that we are able to
contact you in the event of an emergency.
